Applicants for this course should have achieved a UK Masters (Distinction).

If your degree is not from the UK, please check International Qualifications to find the equivalent in your country.

Applicants must have completed, or be currently enrolled on, an MPhil programme or equivalent and will need to achieve a mark of 70 per cent or more overall, including 70 per cent in the dissertation element. Registration on to the MGS PhD programme is subject to standard Departmental procedures (successful assessment of first-year review).
