Graduate Admissions

Applicant Portal

Creating an Application

You create, submit and pay for your application to study in the Graduate Applicant Portal. It includes a section for you to indicate whether or not you wish to be considered for funding. You can also request references, manage your reference requests, and upload any other required supporting documentation.

To create your application you will need to select which course you want to apply for in the Course Directory, read the information under the 'How to Apply' tab, and click the Apply Online button located at the top of the right hand column. You will then be taken directly to the Applicant Portal.

If you have already started an application and would like to continue it, log in via the Applicant Portal.

Tracking the progress of your application

After you have submitted your application, complete with all the necessary supporting documents, the Applicant Portal will be where you go to track the progress of your application, and find out if you are made an offer.

To track the progress of your application, log in via the Applicant Portal.

Self-Service Account

If you have been made an offer of admission

If you are made a conditional offer of admission, you will then be assigned a Self-Service account. Login instructions will be emailed an hour after you receive your official conditional offer email.

The Self-Service account tells you everything you need to know about the progress of your offer, including finding out about College membership. It is also where you can provide documents to meet your offer conditions. It is important that you check your Self-Service account regularly as this is the primary way in which we will communicate with you.

Your Self-Service account allows you to:

  • View your offer conditions
  • See which College has offered you membership
  • Print a certificate of your offer
  • Accept or decline your offer
  • Request a deferral of admission
  • Provide documents to meet your conditions

Applying was straightforward and simple to do through the application portal and the administrative and admissions teams were very helpful throughout the process.
