Expected Academic Standard

Applicants for this course should have achieved a UK II.i Honours Degree.

If your degree is not from the UK, please check International Qualifications to find the equivalent in your country.

Candidates should have completed a minimum of two years' full-time undergraduate study in Philosophy, and have gained at least a good upper second-class BA honours degree (67 per cent) or the equivalent (US GPA 3.6). Candidates must also have completed a Masters in Philosophy (or with significant Philosophical content), normally with a grade equivalent to at least 67 per cent.
