Graduate Admissions

Course closed:

Real Estate Finance is no longer accepting new applications.

Apply using the Applicant Portal

The Apply Now button on the right will take you to the Applicant Portal, where you can create and submit your application and supporting documents, and request references.

An application is only complete when:

  1. you have submitted your application and supporting documents via the Applicant Portal
  2. you have paid the £65 application fee
  3. your referees have provided their references.

If you miss the deadlines specified in this section, you will not be able to submit your application.

Those applicants who are subject to a language requirement are strongly encouraged to submit their language results with their initial application; failure to do so can delay the processing time.

Please note that your proposed research title and research summary in your application will demonstrate to the programme director your ideas and do not need to be final.

Selection Process

Applications for our MPhil programmes are reviewed in batches throughout the applications cycle.  However, the Department is subject to restrictions on the number of offers it can make for these courses and whilst in some cases a decision on an application will be made following the first review, in a large number of cases an application will be held for reconsideration at a later stage.  This may mean that a decision on your application is not taken until after the closing date for applications to the course.

If your application is being reconsidered, you will be informed by the Graduate Office.
